  1. One paragraph on what you have built. Not a CV. Just the work that would tell us what kind of operator or engineer or clinician you are.
  2. One paragraph on why orenva. Specifically. The connective layer thesis, a module, a market — something that says you have read more than the homepage.
  3. A link to something. Code, a paper, a product, a clinic, a deck — anything that lets us see your taste.

Every email lands in a founder inbox. We aim to reply within two working days, whether or not there is a fit.

Truth over comfort

We tell clinicians, partners and patients what is true — even when the easier message would sell better. If we get this wrong in healthcare, people are hurt.

Ship to learn

No waterfall, no spec-fetishism, no perfect launches. The right cadence is private cohorts of real users, every two weeks, with the team in the loop.

Specialists, not generalists

We hire deep experts and trust them. The clinical lead owns clinical. The compliance counsel owns compliance. The engineers own the tech. Decisions are made by the closest person.
